Exchange and return policy
Due to the nature of the product and the service provided, which is printing, the product cannot be replaced or returned except in the following cases:
1. Customer receives wrong order:
- The customer chooses to have the error corrected and the order re-executed (with a new period specified for re-execution) or to have the order value refunded to the customer provided that he returns the incorrect order to the printing press.
2. Customer receives incomplete order:
- The customer will be delivered the missing order or the value of the missing product will be refunded, as per the customer’s desire.
3. Delay in the arrival of the order by the intermediary shipping company after the specified time of 15 days.
- (The order value will be refunded to the customer).
** It should be noted that we bear the shipping costs from outside Jeddah to return the products to us if we are a party to the error, and the printing press will not bear any other expenses.
**Please note that we will refund the amount within 5 working days after the problem occurs and the products arrive at our address.
**Any custom prints are non-refundable**
