Orders will be printed according to the specifications and details chosen during the order from the website. For special orders, please send the order via the following email sales@b2print.com or via WhatsApp +966571611964 by clicking here to open the conversation. Note: Changes in specifications may be subject to changes in prices or delivery time.
The order cannot be changed after the process is completed. In case of a last-minute modification, please contact customer service (WhatsApp). We will try to modify your order if printing or execution has not started.
If the customer requests to change the specifications or the method of receiving from the branch to shipping, there will be a delay in receiving and an increase in the cost.
If you request a shipping service, the approximate delivery time is two days or more, depending on the shipping company.
Printing any design bearing the logo of a government agency requires a signed and stamped letter of authorization from the relevant authority.
Implementing the seals requires sending a copy of the commercial register, the owner’s ID, and an authorization to print the seal and bring the original upon receipt.
Printing books or other publications requires a copy of the Copyright Certificate (ISBN) and a letter of authorization to print and bring the original upon receipt.
Orders placed before 12 noon will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after 12 noon will be processed the next day. Therefore, the customer is not entitled to request a refund or to request to receive part of the prints.
We deliver the prints through approved shipping companies, which are the third party in the process, and the customer has the right to request a tracking number for the shipment.
Delivery times are estimates. They may be affected by uncontrollable factors that are not subject to legal accountability, such as bad weather, machinery or vehicle failure, unavailability of required materials, or delays by the shipping company in transporting the prints.
B2print packs and ships all prints in good condition, so the customer must ensure that there is no damage that may occur during the transportation process and also check the policy before signing.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the prints before receiving them and leaving the branch. In case of an error, B2print has the right to decide to correct the error, reprint or refund the amount. In case of a discrepancy, a third party will be consulted to resolve the matter.
B2print disclaims any liability for any indirect or third party loss for any reason. If there is a defect in the prints for any reason including negligence. B2print’s liability is limited to correcting the error (if any).
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the information, colors and sizes before uploading the file to the website. The customer has no right to demand a reprint or a refund in the event of an error.
B2print provides clients with a design service through the website at an additional cost that is paid before starting the design.
Due to some technical reasons, B2print Print does not guarantee color compatibility, so please contact us before accepting the order.
We convert design colors to CMYK unless otherwise noted by the client. B2print is not responsible for any undesirable result if we do not agree on printing special colors.
B2print is not responsible for prints in case of delay in receipt after a maximum period of 30 days from the date of order.
Providing payment through credit card or Mada service, which guarantees the customer complete confidentiality during payment.
Brent Art has the right to change prices without prior notice, and this condition does not apply to orders being executed.
The discount applies to the printing cost only and not to the cost of materials.
Inquiries are answered during business days from 9 am to 5 pm, otherwise inquiries will be answered the next business day.
B2print Print is concerned with the confidentiality of information in general, except for some cases beyond our control. In any case, the client does not have the right to file a complaint or lawsuit or demand a financial penalty.
